In March 23 we co-hosted an event with The Brokerage to honour women’s history month. Titled “The Black Girl’s Success Story”, the compelling discussion ranged from community, individual responsibility, allyship, resilience, being true to yourself as well as celebrating being a Black woman. A big thank you to the Young Leaders Emily Emiru and Michaela Sey for devising this event and guiding the conversation, and to Afua Kyei and Diahann Williams for sharing their critical insights and inspiring the next generation of leaders.
The Brokerage are a social mobility charity with the aim of creating access for young people to opportunities within financial and professional services. Per Ardua Associates and Pantheon Leadership have a valued partnership with them, we love working with them and look forward to doing more key events in the future.
