Selection & Assessment

 

We work with public and privately owned companies operating in the Consumer Financial Services, Asset & Wealth Management, Real Assets and Insurance sectors. We support Boards identify high-impact NED capabilities, occasionally using light touch, targeted psychometrics to ensure the traits and drivers of individuals are understood.

 

We also assess the concentration of critical NED skills, experience and qualities on the board to understand potential gaps.
