Per Ardua hosted a breakfast for CHRO’s in Covent Garden’s Balthazar restaurant last week to discuss a range of topics relevant to the Investment Management and PE sector – big thanks to our amazing guest speaker, Despina Katsikakis, International Partner and Head of Occupier Business Performance at Cushman & Wakefield who gave us a fascinating insight in to the psychology of the workplace and how our physical environments can increase business performance and drive employee engagement.
