On 15 October Per Ardua Associates and Pantheon Leadership hosted their annual ‘Leaders of the Future’ breakfast for leading CHROs and HRDs in Consumer Financial Services and Banking.
Attended by select high level influencers in the industry, Kim Birnie and Jennifer Jones talked through themes they are seeing when coaching executive teams through times of increasing change and transformation.
The discussion addressed systemic topics such as digitalisation, regulation, shifting customer expectations and challenging market conditions. Excellent contributions led to debate on how leaders of the future can balance paradoxical tensions and expectations, the importance of collective leadership versus functional duties, relationship dynamics, and how leaders set the tone for the business.
