Karin Barnick Appointment

Per Ardua Associates is delighted to announce the appointment of Karin Barnick to lead the firm’s Board Practice and strengthen its Asset and Wealth Management Practice.

Karin Barnick brings over 25 years’ experience with Whitehead Mann and latterly Korn Ferry, where Karin was a Senior Client Partner in their Global Financial Markets practice and a core member of the UK Board and CEO Services practice. During her career in Search, she held various leadership positions. Karin’s reputation is known for team building, developing culture, and providing outstanding advice and service to clients.

She brings a wealth of experience in Search and Leadership Advisory at C-suite and Board level with a particular focus on diversity and inclusion and the representation of women in leadership positions within the Financial Services sector. Her international experience has consistently delivered a positive, considerable impact on management and culture. Karin’s involvement with the 30% Club UK dates to 2015 and she continues to contribute as an ambassador and member of the UK Steering Committee.
